At Lemon Grove Counselling & Therapy, you will be offered a space to just be yourself. A place whereby you will feel accepted and where you will experience the right conditions to blossom. To blossom into You.

Saying that, we know that not all journeys are so romantic in nature, or free from pain. In fact, we know quite the opposite. Which is why we believe that at Lemon Grove we have the skills to be able to help you.

Lemon Grove is a Counselling and Therapy agency created and run by two experienced counsellors, Sally Humphries and Marco Centonze.

We could, of course, rattle off a long list of qualifications and life experience to boot. We could make absurd promises and set unachievable targets. But we won’t. Because we know that, in the end, you are the expert on ‘You’.

The ethos at Lemon Grove is to provide you with a safe and positive environment for your emotional journey to be a fruitful one. Whether that involves dealing with a specific problem or helping to discover who you really are, then this may well be the place for you to be.

We believe that nothing is too ‘serious’ or too ‘small’ to deal with. If you come to see a counsellor at Lemon Grove, we will be alongside you every step of the way to weather any storms with steadfast determination, as well as share in your growth on your journey to become all of who you are.
